These Terms of Service (ToS) govern access to and use of the GALIMED AI platform, published by Groupe Business Thérapie, accessible at https://www.galimedai.org and any associated domain (hereinafter "the Platform").
Any use of the Platform implies full and complete acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these conditions, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

Platform: GALIMED AI
GALIMED AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) medical platform for healthcare professionals, healthcare facilities, and patients. It offers:
GALIMED AI is not a CE or FDA certified medical device. AI-generated content is indicative only and does not constitute a medical diagnosis, prescription, or medical advice.
Access to the Platform is reserved for adults (18 years or older) or healthcare professionals legally authorized to practice in their country of residence.
The user agrees to:
Patients: 2 free AI scans per week. Beyond that: €3 per additional scan (pay-as-you-go).
Doctors: €79/month (1-5 practitioners, ~200 scans/month, teleconsultation, PDF prescriptions).
Hospitals/Labs/Pharmacies: €299/month (up to 50 users, unlimited scans, business dashboards, API).
Beyond 50 users: +€5/user/month. Annual payment: 2 months free (17% discount).
GALIMED professional plans are also offered on Microsoft Marketplace. Where a subscription is purchased there, Microsoft acts as the publisher's agent for the transaction, billing, payment and collection only. Groupe Business Thérapie remains the seller, provider and licensor of the service, and these Terms apply in full.
Billing is then presented on the customer's Microsoft agreement (Enterprise Agreement, credit card, or monthly invoice) rather than through our own payment providers. Prepaid or free Azure credits cannot be used to pay software licence fees.
Every plan includes a one-month free trial. When the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription unless it is cancelled, or auto-renew is disabled, before the end of the trial period.
The Hospital & Laboratory, Occupational Health and Insurance plans include a monthly quota of public API calls. Calls beyond that quota are billed on a consumption basis, at the rate published in the plan, on the customer's Microsoft invoice. In accordance with Microsoft Marketplace rules, amounts billed according to consumption after the service has been used are not eligible for refunds. Consumed calls are visible at any time from the dashboard.
User responsibility: The user acknowledges that GALIMED AI provides decision support only. The user remains fully responsible for their medical decisions and must consult a healthcare professional for any diagnosis or treatment.
Publisher responsibility: GALIMED strives to ensure platform availability and security. However, GALIMED cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, maintenance, or technical issues beyond its control.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR (EU), HIPAA (US when applicable), and applicable health data regulations. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
All content on the Platform (software, graphics, texts, logos) is the exclusive property of Groupe Business Thérapie. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited.
GALIMED reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new ToS.
The user may terminate their account at any time from their dashboard. GALIMED may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these ToS, after notification.
These ToS are governed by English law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of London, UK.
